What Causes Freckles
Freckles (the tiny brown spots on our skin) are caused by the sun.
Our skin is normally empowered with a natural outer barrier that helps protect it from external threats in general and the sun in particular.
When this barrier looses its battle against the sun rays and gets damaged, it shows up in the form of freckles. In other words, freckles are a way of our skin telling us: ‘hey look, the sun is turning out to be too much for me’.
